Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Heracles Wellness garment tags are intact and the packing slip is included.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off & Refund
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
